Boonsak advanced to the third round

Men’s singles second round, Boonsak faced with the rookie player Huan Gao of China.
Boonsak was showing his steady strength and play from game 1, and wrapped up 21-16.
Boonsak dominated the second game totally without giving any scoring opportunity to the opponent and won 21-8.
He is going to keep this momentum to the third round.

Sudket & Salaree pair plays well in this tournament!

The first round of mixed doubles main tournament, Sudket and Salaree played with Japanese pair Hirata and Maeda.
Game 1, Sudket and Salaree kept a lead at the middle of game.
Hirata and Maeda were charging so hard and caught up with 14-14 at the moment. But the pair who was second place for Malaysia Open showed their potential and won 21-16.
Sudket and Salaree made a smash so many times and kept a huge lead at game 2by finishing up 21-14.

Songphon & Kunchala pair won first round

The first round of Songphon and Kunchala, they faced with Mrakis Kido and Lita Nurli pair from Indonesia.
Songphon and Kunchala took first game with taking advantage of Songphon’s shot which was delivered form high angle and it let the opponent confuse their combination and finished up 21-13. At second game, Songphon and Kunchala took a lead by 13-11 and after that, they gave the opponent four consecutive points and fell behind and lost the game by 15-21.
At the final game, it was see-saw game by 12-13 and Songphon and Kunchala scored six consecutive points and made five points lead.
They kept a lead till end and won by 21-18.

Wang Rong took first win of qualifying draw

Coming up from qualifying tournament, Wang Ron’s first round was faced with Seung Hee Bae form Korea.
Wong Rong did not miss the opponent condition that Bae`s movement was not good as usual because this is the first match for her in this tournament.
Wang Rong controlled the game and finished 21-10 at first game. Second game, Wang Rong led 9-2, but it was not so easy to win by seeded player.
Wang gave six consecutive points to Bae and momentum was shifted to Bae totally. But Wang Rong pushed so hard and caught up with 18-18. From 23-24, Wang Rong made 3 consecutive points and took first victory of qualifying tournament.

Women’s doubles first round.
They were against with Ya-Chig-HSU Tzu-Ying-TAI pair from Chinese Taipei. They dominated the first game totally and won by 21-13.
They beat the opponent more than first game and finished up 21-6. They are going to play as like today and aim the championship.
